When will my oil be delivered?

We have arranged for delivery to be delivered in up to 10 working days from date of order, we can in some circumstances make the delivery quicker, however for very fast or emergency deliveries there will be a premium added to the price. We cannot give an exact date of delivery as this is left to the supplier.

Can you make unattended deliveries

Providing we can gain access to the tank you don't need to be at home when we deliver your home heating oil. All our deliveries are metered and you will receive a printed reading of the precise amount dispensed, so you know exactly how much domestic heating oil we have delivered. These meters are regularly checked by Trading Standards

Who makes my delivery?

We are responsible for ensuring that your delivery is made within the terms of the order. We have various suppliers across the UK that we reply on to ensure your oil is delivered when you need it. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.

What happens if you delivery a different quantity to my Order?

If you have paid for more fuel than we have delivered, we will credit your account with the difference, based on the price you paid for your fuel. If you receive a total of less than 500 litres of fuel, no credit or refund will be offered.

How do I pay?

You pay online when you order we direct you to a PayPal payment page for the supplier that has provided the winning quote, we believe that that this as easy and secure as possible.
